It's a really pretty venue, and everyone just brings picnics, and sits on the lawn. Norah is such a talented gal. Her voice is amazing of course, but she also played the keyboard, guitar, piano, and xylophone. We loved it!
Next, Shannon took me out for a late birthday celebration to the Tavernacle. I can't tell you what a fun time we had. They have dueling piano players, and you can request any song for them to play.
They did everything from the Beastie Boys to Disney songs! I can't believe how talented they were. I really want to go back again.
It was a very musical weekend for me!

How fun! You can't beat FREE. I don't know many of her songs but the ones I have heard are good and I sure do love her name:) I have never heard of the Tavernacle...that sounds like something fun and new to do.
ReplyDeletelooks like lots of fun girly! i love norah too~
ReplyDeleteLove the Tavernacle! Fun weekend! :)
ReplyDeleteSo fun! I love Norah as well... and free is even better!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! I'm soo jealous! We wanted to get tickets to her concert so bad but they were sold out to all the season ticket holders that they didn't even offer them to the public. We ended up going to Joss Stone at Red Butte instead. That's amazing that you got them for free! How fun!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love Tavernacle too! Such a great place. I always lose my voice the next day because I'm singing along so loud. We should all go one night. Would be a fun girls night!
For sure! I would love to go there with you gals! We would have a rowdy fun time :)
