We did about 30 jars of peaches, and 10 jars of peach jam. It's quite a process, but it was fun. I'm trying to get in touch with my "domestic" side, and this is one of the projects I wanted to try. The jam is SO yummy, but I have yet to try the peaches.
Also, this weekend was the first game of the season for Notre Dame! Whoo Hoo! As I'm sure you know, my dad is obsessed with ND, and buys us all new shirts for the season. This year we got these cute hot pink numbers.
Notre Dame won, and they look a lot better than last year, so we are keeping our fingers crossed!
Maddie also got glasses, because of her wandering right eye. She has been pretty good with keeping them on, but after about an hour, she will pull them off and say, " I'm done with glasses." It's a very big challenge!

Oh my, I am dying...maddie looks so stinkin' cute with her glasses. I just love little kids in glasses, but I am sure that is a BIG challenge to have her keep those on, I am sure over time it will get better.

Yes I'm with Alicia. I would love to learn how to can jam. Nothing better than raspberry jam. Love that stuff! I think it's so cute that your family is so into football. It's a fun thing to do on the weekends. Can't believe it's football season already though!
